In the last month, I have not only tried, but seriously enjoyed eating
tomatoes... fresh garden ones, obviously. They were delicious. And
apples. Plain. Without caramel. Yum.
Eep, I'm turning into such an adult. Mom, be proud. hah! :)
Do you ever eat Honeycrisp apples? I am obsessed with them -- so much better than any other kind of apple and only available for a few weeks this time of year. They are great on their own but sometimes, just to be way over the top, I dip them in sunflower butter and then die of happiness. :)
I'm still pretty new at this whole fruit/veggies thing.. but I will definitely look up Honeycrisp apples! I have some Oregon Tilth ones sitting on my counter because they looked pretty. Hah.. good reason to buy apples, no? ;) And I can only dream of apples dipped in almond butter, my own personal kryptonite...

Oh, upon further inspection, the brand is Oregon Tilth and the variety... is Honeycrisp! Score! :)
