Hazards of Deadlifting

Ow.

4x8 deads... at 185-lbs.

The bruises are totally worth it.


Yes, that's the dog (in her sweater) running through the frame... :)

Ps. I have oddly shaped knees. My kneecap isn't centered. This bothers me.
